Le processus de soumission de l'ICCC 2020 se déroulera en deux étapes. À l'étape 1 (d'ici le 28 septembre 2019), l'auteur soumettra un résumé contenant jusqu'à 150 mots. Le 2 novembre 2019, l'auteur sera informé si son résumé a été accepté. À l'étape 2, les auteurs des résumés acceptés seront invités à soumettre un manuscrit complet avant le 6 janvier 2020.

Les articles présentés à ICCC 2020 seront publiés dans la base de données IIR Fridoc. Le manuscrit complet (texte, figures, tableaux, références et résumés) ne doit pas dépasser huit (8) pages, ou douze (12) pour les conférences plénières.

Les manuscrits doivent rendre compte de travaux de recherche originaux ou de développements techniques et de leurs applications. Ils doivent contenir des informations scientifiques ou techniques de qualité. Les auteurs seront tenus de céder le droit d'auteur de leur document à l'IIF, via une politique de cession du droit d'auteur, afin de compléter la soumission de leur document. Le processus de validation et d'acceptation et / ou de rejet des articles sera sous l'autorité du Comité du programme scientifique.

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE SOUMISSION :

1. Règle du 2 :

Un participant peut soumettre jusqu'à deux communications en tant qu'auteur principal. Il n'y a pas de restriction quant au nombre de résumés pour un participant co-auteur.

2. Langue

Si vous soumettez votre résumé en français, vous devez en fournir une traduction en anglais en même temps. Vous soumettrez ensuite l'intégralité de votre exposé en français et ferez votre présentation au congrès en français.

3. Pas de commercialisation

La commercialisation dans le manuscrit et pendant la présentation orale n'est pas autorisée. Les manuscrits sont destinés à faire progresser l’état de la technique. Le congrès n'est pas un lieu de promotion des ventes. Si elle est incluse dans le manuscrit, la commercialisation sera soit supprimée, soit rejetée.

4. Révision

Les résumés soumis sont examinés par des pairs. L'acceptation est basée sur le mérite scientifique et l'originalité.

5. Préférence de présentation

Bien que les résumés puissent être soumis sous forme de présentations orales ou par poster, le Comité scientifique se réserve le droit d'attribuer le type de présentation finale dans le meilleur intérêt du programme.

6. Publication

En ce qui concerne les délais de production, à compter du 6 mars 2020, tous les auteurs présentateurs doivent être enregistrés et doivent avoir acquitté leurs frais d'inscription pour que leur présentation et leur manuscrit soient au programme.

Les auteurs sont responsables de la correction de leur résumé avant de le soumettre, en particulier en ce qui concerne l'orthographe générale, ainsi que le nom / l'ordre des auteurs et les affiliations.

Copyright transfer policy

As a condition of publication in the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) FRIDOC database and DOI indexation, authors are requested to assign the copyright of their paper to the IIR in consideration of such publication.

Please, during registration, confirm your agreement to this by approving the Copyright Transferbelow.

All authors should approve the Copyright Transfer. For papers with multiple authors, one author should approve the Copyright Transfer on behalf of all the authors.

Any third party wishing to reprint copyright material, including illustrations, must obtain formal permission from the IIR and an appropriate acknowledgement to the IIR must always be made.

The author(s) of the associated paper agree to the Copyright Transfer Policy and hereby:

• assign the copyright of the paper to the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR). The IIR shall, during the legal term of copyright, have the sole and exclusive right to produce, publish, disseminate electronically and own the paper, illustrations and figures included, throughout the world.
• has/have the right to:
  • reprint, publish or copy the paper abstract,
  • borrow portions of the paper for use in other works,
  • make derivative works,
  • alter the paper, add to the paper, or update the content of the paper,
  • be identified as the author(s) of the paper,
  • include part(s) of the paper in a thesis or dissertation,
• on the condition that acknowledgement to the IIR is given, as shown hereafter, and quoted each time:

Published with the authorization of the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR).

The conference proceedings of the [conference title] are available in the Fridoc database on the IIR website at www.iifiir.org.

• must obtain written consent from the IIR to print, publish, copy or make readily available in open access and/or downloadable in public domains or on websites the entire paper.
• shall not grant to any other person, firm or company, without consent in writing from the IIR, the right to post copies of this paper or any part of the paper readily available and/or downloadable in public domains, websites or in open access.
• warrant to the IIR that the material shall be in no way whatever a violation of any existing copyright, that it contains nothing libelous or unlawful and that it does not infringe the rights or privacy of others.
• confirm that the work has not been previously published elsewhere and is not currently under consideration for another publication.
• confirm that all of the paper's authors accept responsibility for the validity of its content.
